Got a call from someone called ‘Tom’ claiming to be about loft insulation supposedly installed with government funding (which ain’t true). Took me a bit to figure out it wasn’t a real person talking, ‘cause whenever I told them they’d dialled the wrong number, the voice just kept going like I hadn’t said a word. Tried calling the number back but it’s dead.
