Today I got a call from this number and honestly, it freaked me out at first. Some bloke with an accent, sounded like he was from India or Pakistan, kept shouting at me about tax evasion and threatening I'd be sent to prison. He claimed he worked for HM Revenue and Customs and said I was in serious trouble. I was pretty stunned and didn’t know how to react straight away. But then I thought about it and realised it didn’t add up since I handle my own taxes and know there’s nothing wrong with them. We ended up arguing quite a bit, and in the end, the guy just gave up and hung up. It was a nasty call, but thankfully, I didn’t fall for their tricks!
