I've received a call from this number linked to a firm named Link Promotions. They assert that they represent Google and are managing some online account that I never actually registered for. Out of the blue, they want to fleece you for more than £200 for an annual subscription that you weren't even aware existed. My advice? Don’t pick up if they ring. It’s utterly fraudulent and a total con!

Watch out for Link Promotions - they're a complete con. They say they manage your company's Google listings, even if you never signed up with them. Then they hit you with a bill for a whole year's subscription, over £200, out of nowhere. If you’re silly enough to hand over your card details, they'll keep withdrawing money every month without ever sending a proper invoice or explaining what the payments cover. Honestly, steer well clear of these lot.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with a firm called Link, who claim to be affiliated with Google Maps. They are nothing but fraudsters, and I would strongly advise steering clear of them. They swindled me out of a whopping £240.00, and it’s been a real nightmare. Be wary and don’t fall for their tricks!

I’m not sure but this could be one of those google maps scams ive been hearing about lately. Might wanna be careful when dealing with calls like this.
