Don't trust this number claiming to be from Blackburn. It's actually linked to a dodgy Indian call centre running scams where they pretend to be from Microsoft or BT. They try to get access to your computer, then steal your banking info to use for shady money laundering. After that, they lock your PC with ransomware, knowing full well you can't pay up since your money's already gone. Real Microsoft and BT reps would never ask for confidential info like that. So, watch out and don't fall for this scam!
