Early this morning on a bank holiday Monday, I got a call from a woman with an American accent saying there was an issue with our BT internet. She told me to press option one to sort it out. We aren't even BT customers! Pretty sure it’s a scam to steal money. Honestly, the police really need to do something and block these dodgy numbers from operating here.
