He even wanted to know the company for my life insurance. After hearing all that, I didn’t trust it and just ended the call.

Got a call from someone claiming to offer a booster jab, sounded like it was from some call centre in India. I had a laugh, acted like I couldn’t remember a thing and kept him spinning in circles for at least 40 minutes. Didn’t give any real info, obviously. Definitely one of those scammy calls - you could hear him getting more and more annoyed as time went on. Normally these calls get recorded and bosses check them to make sure the staff behave right, but this bloke kept swearing and got quite hostile by the end. What a mess.

So, I asked him where he was ringing from and how I could be sure this wasn’t a scam. He said he was with Public Health England and offered to give me my NHS number. I dodged answering and asked what other stuff he was planning to ask me, then he just cut me off. Shocker, right?!
