Another annoying robocall, as usual, probably some automated system ringing off people’s phones. I’m not giving out my bank info or letting anyone get into my computer remotely, no chance. Whoever owns this number, save your time. The accent gives it away straight away - sounds like a call centre. Maybe hire folks who actually speak proper English, not someone who picked up a ‘Degree’ in English from places like Calcutta, Mumbai or Delhi.

Got a call from a bloke claiming my TPS registration was about to run out. He started asking for the expiry date and sort code of my payment card. When I asked what for, he said he wasn’t after the card number or the security digits. Didn’t sound right, so I just ended the call. He’s phoned me a couple more times after that, but I’m ignoring them now.

Some bloke called saying he was from the Telephone Preference Service, said he could help me block annoying calls. But when I wouldn’t tell him how I pay my phone bill, he just hung up on me. Sounded like he had an Asian accent.
