Some bloke said he was calling from the telephone preference service, but I didn’t buy it and just ended the call. There’s only one legit TPS and it doesn’t cost a penny. Anyone who spots a scammer pretending like this should just cut them off, check the number with 1471, and then put it on a site like this to warn others.

This number kept ringing me at least 3 times in the space of an hour this morning. I actually picked up the call yesterday, and the person on the other end tried to convince me I could switch to a premium telephone preference service to block spam calls lol. Then they started asking for my address and even if I pay my phone bill by direct debit. The moment I said that’s none of their business, they just went on and on, so I ended the call. Now I’m writing this and they’ve called again twice within 5 minutes, but each time I let it go to voicemail and they hang up straight away.

calls started coming through since yesterday. I answered twice but there was silence on the other end. after looking up the number on this site, I decided to ignore further calls from them. despite that, they rang me about eight more times yesterday and have already called four times this morning in just one hour. it's really annoying. sadly, my phone doesn’t have a way to block the number.

They rang me like 4 times within an hour, I only picked up on the last one and there was nobody there. Definitely not gonna pick up if they call again.

Got a call from some dodgy bloke using different numbers all beginning with 0125. Proper sketchy character mucking about again.
