Got a call outta the blue about fixing my double glazing, said they’d do it free even though my warranty expired like 10 years back. They insisted there was some sort of extended warranty on file. Really pushy about offering a free survey and said everything would be at no cost. They seemed super confident and like they knew exactly who to ring up and how to reel you in.
