this morning around 9, i got a call from this number. The bloke started off talking like he was from some official group in berkshire, mentioning the government's latest plan about loft insulation. so i threw in a quick question: "is this a government agency or just a private firm?" the moment i asked, he just cut the call. very telling, if you ask me!

Got a call from 01252 561082 around 2:30pm on the 8th of June. A bloke called Ben said he was ringing about loft insulation installed by the government. As soon as I told him he’d dialled the wrong number, he just cut the call.
