He insisted there were alarming signs emanating from my computer and urged me to switch it on to verify some registration number he provided. I must admit, I had a good chuckle! Rather than powering up my computer, I decided to probe further about his department. He mentioned it was based in London. Naturally, I pressed him for more specifics, including his phone number. He insisted he was from the internet department in London. The more he fumbled around with his answers, the more amused I became. He introduced himself as Harry Dawson, although his strong Indian accent made me somewhat sceptical about that name. Strangely, he stumbled while trying to spell it too!
