Got a call from someone claiming to be the TPS, kept asking for loads of personal info. We stopped them straight away. Tried ringing back but only got their voicemail. Planning to ring up the real TPS and report it, though I doubt they’ll bother with it. Action Fraud isn’t any better, totally useless as well.

got a call saying it was from the telephone preference service but they were asking for stuff like my address and age to "confirm" who i was. seems like the same lot calling from 01248209464 too. if sites like this can keep track of these numbers, why cant bt, ofcom or the official preference service shut them down? from what i heard in the background on these calls, these scams seem to be run by quite large groups.

Got a call from someone claiming to be the Telephone Preference Service, but it came from an international number that looked like a UK landline. The real TPS would never ring you personally. Totally dodgy scam, definitely going to report it.
