For the past three months, this number has been calling me loads, and it's really been getting on my nerves. Nearly every time I pick up, the call just disconnects, except once when someone mentioned it was about an energy check. I asked them how they even got my number since I'm on the TPS and told them to take me off their calling list. But it feels pointless because I'm still getting calls from them two or three times a week.

Got a call earlier today from this number claiming to be from the Turbine Energy assessment team. When I asked how they had got my number, the caller said it was from a database. I requested to speak to a supervisor but was told it wasn’t possible from their phone. I then asked if I could be put through to that number instead, and she said yes. I made it clear that my number is ex-directory and on the TPS list, asking her to ensure it’s removed from their database - she said she would. When I called the number back, it just played a voicemail saying they had missed me and would call again, but now it just rings out. I looked up Turbine Energy online and found a different firm in Rent, where a very helpful lady checked the number for me. The info she found matches your message about this caller.
