I've had this particular organisation ring me repeatedly, even after I made it clear that I'm on the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) list. It got so frustrating that I filed a complaint on the TPS website, tpsonline.org.uk. If you're having a similar issue, I highly recommend you do the same. When they receive more complaints, it helps build a case against these pesky callers, which could potentially lead to fines. I eventually managed to find out who was behind these unsolicited calls, so I’m sharing their details here for anyone else who wants to lodge a complaint. Eco Firm Direct, Unit 7, Enterprise Court, Fairfield Park, Manvers, Rotherham, South Yorkshire S63 5DB. The Managing Director is Shaun Ellis, and their company number is 09635253. It’s high time these relentless telemarketers were put in their place. Best of luck!
