Recently, I received a call purporting to be from a solar energy provider. It was a woman's voice, and surprisingly, she seemed to know my mother's name, suggesting they were after her specifically since the address is linked to enquiries about solar solutions. I informed her that the place was a rental, not owned by us, and requested that they remove our number from their database on Monday, 5th October 2015. Then, come Friday, I got another call from a local-sounding chap with the number 01246 846020, asking for my brother, suggesting that he was a home owner and that the address had shown interest in solar energy options. I reiterated my demand for them to delete our details from their records. Yet, despite my clear requests, they continue to bombard us with calls!
