To prevent this disaster, they insist you must pay a fine. It's blatantly obvious that this is a scam...

about 5 minutes ago i got a call where the message sounded like it was american. i thought it was a scam so i just hung up. later, i tried calling 1471 and to my surprise, it turned out the number was actually from here in the UK. quite odd really!

They rang up my landline and the moment they started saying my internet was about to be disconnected within a day, i just put the phone down straight away because it sounded fishy. They claimed to be from the “internet provider” which is pretty dodgy if you ask me!

Got a call from this number and it was definitely a scam. The recorded voice said my IP was hacked from different countries and told me to press 1 to get it fixed by a “technician”. Sounds fishy to me, no way I’d trust that!
