The individual on the line didn't bother to mention which company he represented. He kicked things off by inquiring about my well-being. When I replied, "Not great, to be honest," and mentioned I was in a bit of a rush, he somehow deemed my response discourteous. I explained that I was on my way to the hospital, but he abruptly ended the call without a hint of an apology. Quite the character, really!

This morning, I received a couple of calls from individuals eager to arrange a visit to pitch a heating control system for my home. Despite being registered with the Telephone Preference Service, I find myself inundated with calls claiming I'm entitled to receive funds related to various heating solutions, including boilers, solar panels, and the like! It’s rather relentless, isn’t it?
