They claimed to be from "Vita homes" and mentioned our solar panels. We're on the TPS and have never had any contact with them. Looks like this number is used by loads of different "companies," all with similar flimsy reasons for ignoring the TPS register. Honestly, I wish the government would just ban all cold calls, but these firms always seem to find a way to wiggle out.

Got a call from some bloke named Phil from Vita, chatting about energy deals and saving cash. He said our number came from BDM Buffalo on 01473 833665. Proper rude guy that Phil. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now. Wish I’d had something to blow at him, felt really pressured and annoyed by the whole thing.

Some bloke rang me saying he was from Enviro about my heating. He claimed they’re now serving my area and could give me a discount (yeah right, heard that one loads of times!!). The last call was from a person named Stephen who asked to speak with my husband. Claiming to be from "Environ," I inquired if there was anything I could assist with, but he simply responded, "It's fine" and abruptly ended the call. Like a few others have said, the bloke who rang was really talkative and said he was from a firm called Envio. He started asking about my electric and gas bills and offered a voucher, but when I asked, he quickly made clear I wouldn’t have to switch suppliers. He mentioned they’d been busy around here and even quoted the start of my postcode. When I asked more about the voucher and how you get it, he said he had everything he needed but would check if I qualified and then someone else would ring me. To stop any further calls, I’m just gonna block the number.

Unfortunately, I'm currently very unwell and kindly requested them not to call. However, they have been calling once or twice a day regardless, and I haven't answered intentionally. By mistake, I answered today and mentioned my illness, emphasizing not to call, but they wished me well and stated they would call back later before I could object. The call abruptly ended, then the initial caller rang again inquiring about the boss's response. I informed them that I was too sick to talk and asked not to be contacted. I received a call from someone who abruptly ended the call. In an attempt to identify the caller, I returned their call. However, the person on the other end, who claimed to be an agent, refused to disclose any information and hung up. She informed me that the call was related to Energy Saving sales but refused to provide me with the name of the company she represented. Surprisingly, she seemed unsure of where she actually worked. I retorted, stating that I had received multiple misdialled calls from them every day for the past week. It is my hope that this company will face fines and be shut down.
