Got a pushy call from Vita Homes trying to sell me a voucher. They're now ringing from 01245 950968, but their website says 01245 950950. With all the recent bad reviews, I’m not sure I trust them at all.

Vita Home Improvments or something like that called me claiming they’re doing work nearby and want to give me vouchers for home repairs. I began to tell them to take me off their list and stop calling, but they cut me off mid-sentence. Honestly, that says a lot about the type of people behind these calls. I’m already on the TPS, so this feels like a dodgy marketing call or maybe even a scam.

Got another call from nearly the same number. They just keep pulling these scams, it’s honestly got to stop.

Eviro Solar fitted my solar panels back in 2011!!! This number is from my local area code. I picked up and they hung up straight away. I tried calling back but it just kept ringing with no answer. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.

I dont pick up calls from unknown numbers anymore, I just let them go to voicemail. If they dont bother to leave a message, I just assume they’re being a pest, which to me is just plain harassment. Leave me alone!

Check my previous messages about Mandy on 01245 407343. I’m pretty sure they were once called Enviro Solar, but now they’re using the name Vita Homes. They claim they don’t know anything about Enviro Solar yet their phone numbers are very similar 01245 4073--. They’re really pushy and annoying - best to stay well clear of them.

Got a random call and I picked up by accident, felt a bit iffy when the woman was askin how I was doing all sudden, usually that’s a red flag. Then she switched to tryin to sell some energy-saving deal. Told her I wasn’t interested and went ahead an blocked the number.

Then she started talking about some energy-saving offer. I told her I wasn't interested and just blocked the number straight away.

Stephen Gastell from this number said he worked for a firm with about 50 staff. He claimed the company was Vita in Chelmsford. The typical spiel about visiting the house and saving money came up, which I turned down. After 20 minutes, I used 1471 to get the number and called back. Their end just kept ringing with no reply! (If they really had 50 employees, you'd expect someone to answer, right?). Don't trust Mr Gastell or his so-called company one bit.

Got calls this morning from some place called Smarter House, rang me 3 times from two different numbers in Chelmsford. They say they can cut my heating costs by 30%. They offered to visit, but the funny thing is they don’t have my right address, and I didn’t tell them either.

They called themselves Enviro and tried to persuade me to book a visit to enhance my gas central heating, saying it could reduce my heating bills by up to 30%. I asked about the potential cost. The lady on the phone said she couldn’t give me a figure since each system is customised. When I asked for price ranges from previous installations, she said she had no details on that either. I told her I wasn’t interested, and then she just ended the call.

Enviro Solar gave me a ring today offering a £250 voucher if I qualify for their scheme to save on heating bills. I don’t reckon he was too thrilled with my responses since we aren't interested in solar panels or wall insulation. I doubt they'll be calling back! Haha!

Got a call from Enviro, same firm mentioned earlier, about this tiny gadget for by the boiler that supposedly saves loads of cash. I wasn’t keen on booking a visit, but they kept pestering me about when I’d be home. I mentioned my mate Mr Chambers, who lives close and knows all about their product, and he’s pretty keen on it. The guy said he’d ring back another time to arrange a meeting!!

Got a call today out of the blue, and when I picked up, the person asked loads of questions. She then said she’d check out how they might help me lower my heating costs and ring me back if she found anything useful. I didn’t pick up when she called again, but she’s rung me 7 times now, and each time she just hangs up when the answer machine kicks in. You’d think that’d be enough! Had another similar one before who promised my solar panels could earn me extra money, but only if I bought some “magic” gadget. I told ’em I couldn’t afford it and asked if they could send me one as a trial so I could see for myself, but of course they wouldn’t. Not interested really.

So, this company called Enviro gave me a ring one day, saying they were nearby and wanted to offer a no-obligation quote. I said sure, why not. Next day, a guy named Ian turned up with his ID badge, and he spent quite a while explaining everything about their firm and how much energy I could save if I went with them. He went through all the paperwork and numbers in detail, but I’d already decided I wasn’t interested. He stayed for about three hours, and honestly, I reckon I could’ve saved quite a bit over time, but I just didn’t want to commit. Maybe this info will help others thinking about them.

They asked if I was in the NR19 area, saying their computer system was acting up. Then they claimed my heating bill was £700 a year, which I told them it definitely isn’t. I said mine’s about £25 a month on gas, and they asked how it was so low. Then they said they’d send me a voucher to reduce my heating bill, but never asked for my address or anything. I’m pretty sure I won’t be getting any voucher. Feels like another call from an Indian call centre just sharing your info around.

I’m pretty sure this is Envirosolar, which is actually just Enviroglaze Ltd trading under a different name. They seem to use all the same tactics you’d expect from double glazing firms, but now they’re peddling Energy Saving Products instead. Sky-high marketing spends and all.
