Some bloke called saying he was doing an energy check on double glazed windows. Mentioned some new rules about inspections being needed for all double glazed units, and said if they were older than 10 years they’d suggest swapping them out. Said they’d do a free survey with a report and could sort a decent deal if I needed replacements. I just let him keep talking since I was driving, seemed alright enough but the call dragged on a bit over 3 minutes.
