Rang us at 08:45 on a Saturday morning of all times! Had a foreign accent that made it rather hard to decipher exactly who they were, though it did sound like they mentioned "Hotpoint" or something similar. They wanted to verify my name and postcode, but I simply told them to jog on and put the phone down.
