Got a call from 01241797129 on 2nd March 2020 around 4:45pm. It was a bloke chatting about my loft insulation and how it might be causing condensation. I said straight away that I’m on the TPS, and he asked me to say that again. I repeated that I’m registered and that cold calls shouldn’t be happening, then he just ended the call. Really fed up with these scammers who keep ringing randomly. Anyone explain why the TPS doesn’t seem to be stopping this nonsense?

Got a random call from some bloke named Tom waffling on about loft insulation and this government grant I supposedly hadn’t claimed. He was insisting he’d organise some loft inspection or sommat. I told him straight up it was a cold call I didn’t ask for and asked him to delete my info from their records. He just flat out refused and then cut me off.
