Today, on 14/02, I got a call from someone called "Tom" talking about grant-funded loft insulation. It wasn’t the first time tho, a few weeks ago he rang about a government boiler replacement scheme. Every time I asked him anything or hinted it might be a dodgy call or the wrong number, he just hung up straight away. Seems very suspicious to me.
