Received a phone call around 11 this morning. The caller claimed to be from Carphone Warehouse and proposed a deal for an iPhone 13 at £30 a month, including limitless texts, calls, and data. It’s clearly a dodgy setup!

I couldn't make out anything since the guy had a really thick Asian accent and there was loads of background noise. He might've mentioned he was ringing from some firm or something, but I’m not sure. Ended up just hanging up and blocked the number straight away.

Claimed to be from Car Phone Warehouse and tried to chat me up about my contract status. I mentioned I was out of my contract and could get a sweeter deal, so they handed me over to a 'Manager'. This supposed manager matched the price, but when I inquired about how much they’d be giving me monthly for using their phone - which is basically what I'm currently on - they abruptly cut the conversation. No specifics were shared at all. If they're operating out of Bideford, just know I'm going by the name Popeye.
