I've been receiving a multitude of calls from numbers that closely resemble this one – they're like something out of an offshore call centre. I've had enough and decided to block them all.

Clearly a dodgy call; it took an eternity for someone to pick up. The commotion in the background suggested it was a call centre. I barely caught a 'hello' before they terminated the call.

I received a call from 01235619376, during which the individual claimed to provide "domestic equipment assistance." I politely declined their offer, as I already have my own support systems in place and always make sure to utilise them! Clearly a scammer!

I received a call from someone with a distinct foreign accent, sounding very much like they were in a bustling call centre, inquiring about a Mr Lewis. I honestly had no clue who they were referring to, so I informed them as much. Strangely, the caller was quite evasive, refusing to disclose their name or the company they represented, before abruptly ending the call. Quite bizarre, really.

I received calls from a chap with a rather peculiar accent who assured me he'd cease contacting me if I answered a few of his queries. Naturally, I didn’t hesitate to block him immediately!

Received a call from someone with a noticeable foreign accent. They claimed that by responding to a few questions, I’d avoid any future calls from them. Decided to cut it short, hung up, and promptly blocked the number.

I received a call from someone with a pronounced foreign accent who was inquiring about the person who used to have this number—apparently over six years ago! I kindly informed them that they had the wrong number now. They seemed grateful for the clarification. It gives me the impression that the previous owner of this line might have been affiliated with some dubious group.
