About half an hour ago, I got a ring from 01235619372. The person on the line claimed I owed Amazon payments over £300 plus another charge, saying it looked suspicious and that I should contact my bank straight away. I ended the call quickly. I saved the number and later looked it up on the “Who Called” app, which flagged it as a known scam number.

Got a call from a number but when I tried to pick up, there was no one there. Quite annoying really.

So it turns out someone tried to use my "card" without permission for £700, and then again for £2000! Honestly, they’re in for a rude awakening. I'm so fed up with these bloody scammers.
