Received a call earlier today from this number, and on the line was a lady with a distinct Asian accent who called herself Sophie. When I inquired about the purpose of her call, she mentioned she was representing UK Broadcast. I couldn’t help but raise my voice and told her to leave me alone before promptly disconnecting the call. Definitely a blatant scam attempt, if you ask me!

Rang me up inquiring about my gas and electricity provider. I told them I won't be sharing any details over the phone. They promptly ended the call.

They claimed to be calling from UK Broadcast, insisting they weren’t after a sale but simply wanted to verify my gas and electricity providers. I made it clear that I wasn't comfortable disclosing any information, hung up, and promptly blocked their number.

I received two calls from this number, claiming they had details about an accident involving someone associated with it over the past three years. Strangely, they couldn't even provide the individual's name! Utter nonsense, if you ask me. The first chap I spoke to seemed utterly flustered and could barely formulate a coherent thought. Ridiculous!

I picked up the phone, there was a bit of a delay, so I didn’t say anything. An Asian-sounding voice chimed in with “hello, hello,” but I stayed silent and then they just disconnected.

I received a call just a short while ago regarding some supposed rebate from a previous loan. They wanted my banking information. However, when I requested their details first, they abruptly ended the call. Quite suspicious, I must say!

I won't be picking up if I don’t recognise the number. This particular caller has been ringing me two or three times daily for a fortnight or so. I've decided to go ahead and block them now.

Have a look at the two records right before this one, along with the first two at the page's footer dated 10/09/2020 and 12/09/2020. This bloke rang me yet again trying to fish for my banking information! I made it clear that I was well aware he wasn’t representing Sky TV. When I asked him to provide my Sky account number, he was completely stumped.

I've had the misfortune of receiving a third call from this number (refer to my previous reports dated 10th September 2020 and 12th September 2020). They rang me again today at precisely 3:47 PM - there was this rather peculiar silence from the other end for nearly ten seconds, and then they just hung up. Would they kindly cease this incessant nuisance?

Just received my inaugural call from this number—an awkward silence ensued before a woman's recorded voice simply uttered, "goodbye." I experienced something similar with 07873 830640, 02380 734609, and a few others last month. I reckon these are cold-call operations fishing for fresh numbers and then monitoring reactions here, perhaps?
