I found myself on the receiving end of a rather persistent caller with a strong Indian accent. Despite my clear request for them to cease their calls, they continue to ring me repeatedly. It’s quite bothersome, really—more of an annoyance than anything else!

I received a call from an automated voice that sounded like a woman, and honestly, I couldn’t make head or tail of what she was saying. I had a bit of a laugh and started babbling back to her, but she must’ve given up trying to figure out if I was real because the call ended abruptly! Definitely gives off the vibes of a dodgy scam operation, if you ask me. I'm with Vodafone, by the way.

I couldn't quite figure out who they were when I asked, but they hung up pretty quickly. Similar to what someone else mentioned, it was regarding a housing issue. I found it rather curious that I had just finished my conversation with Virgin about my bill, and then this call came through right afterwards.

I received a phone call from someone boasting an East Indian accent who claimed to be inquiring about an issue I had previously flagged with the Housing Officer. However, when I probed a bit deeper, they abruptly ended the call. It's quite odd, really, as I've just lodged a complaint with my Local Authority, which nearly led me to believe it was a legitimate call from the council.

I’ll simply let it ring; I don’t pick up for numbers that I can’t recognise. They didn’t leave a message, so I thought I’d look it up here, and surprise, surprise! It’s been flagged as a dodgy number by some folks who find it quite intrusive. Looks like it’s time to hit that block button!

I received a call from a suspected Indian call centre using this number, and I believe it was a spoofed line. A woman on the other end claimed she was with Virgin Mobile, going on about various offers and inquiring about my phone details. However, the moment I pressed her for her employee ID, she abruptly ended the call. Seems dodgy to me!

Received a call from someone purporting to be with O2, offering a discount on my bill. They insisted on sending me a text and requested a code to activate this so-called discount. Please beware—this is a scam! O2 has reassured me that they would never reach out to request a code in such a manner. I certainly didn't hold back and told him exactly what I thought!
