They relentlessly inquire about the business proprietor or the person responsible for handling payments. If you mention that you aren’t that person, they become incredibly rude and confrontational. The moment you seek clarification or inquire about the purpose of their call, they simply disconnect. Truly infuriating individuals who evidently lack basic communication skills and a sense of integrity in their dealings. Honestly, I don't typically react this way, but this experience has left me no choice!
