Got a call from someone saying they're from Carphone Warehouse, I said I wasn’t interested. When he asked what phone I’ve got, I told him, “the one in my hand, since you just called me on it.” Then he started calling me all sorts of names.

A woman called saying she was from Carphone Warehouse. I told her I was busy and she said she’d ring me back, but I asked what the call was about instead. She said it was about a new phone deal, and I said I didn’t need one, cheers. She then went “ok ok ok” in a really annoyed and rude voice, and hung up before I could even say goodbye. I find it hard to believe a big firm like Carphone Warehouse would allow their staff to be so impolite - it can’t be good for their sales. Plus, I thought they didn’t do cold calls, so maybe I’m mistaken.
