Got a call on this number not long after I’d been rung on 01616443070 about 15 minutes earlier. They were saying something about my Amazon Prime subscription being renewed automatically, and if I didn’t want it, I should press 1. Thing is, I’ve never had Amazon Prime in the first place. Seems dodgy to me, like one of those scams trying to trick you into giving bank details or maybe keeping the line open for who knows what. Getting two calls like that in just 15 minutes feels really fishy. I just hung up straight away again.
