Got a dodgy call where they were saying my computer was full of issues. Total scam, do not trust!

Received a call earlier today from a so-called Microsoft call centre. They were fishing for some kind of identity numbers related to Microsoft on my computer. The chap on the line had an Indian accent and, after I declined to provide any information, he ended the call. Strangely enough, they rang me back with the exact same spiel! I put the phone down once more. It's quite clear that Microsoft wouldn't have my home phone number, so something feels off here.

I received a call from this number yesterday, claiming to be from Microsoft. I realised straight away it was dodgy, especially since Microsoft wouldn't have my home phone details. So, I decided to just hang up.
