I highlighted that ex-directory numbers are statistically diverse across various demographic groups, and if their analytical skills were up to scratch, they would handle that without issue. When I asked for clarity on the data they held about me, they dodged the question, citing client confidentiality. It became a tiresome cycle of incessant calls until I eventually had to block them.
