I just received a call from these individuals, and they didn’t bother to leave any voicemail. Quite peculiar, if you ask me!

I must say, I fully agree with the sentiments expressed about Facts International. At first, they seemed rather deceptive, masquerading as my bank. They boldly claimed that they could bypass the Telephone Preference Service, insisting it wasn’t a sales call. When I pointed out that being on the TPS list should indicate a preference for no unsolicited calls, they simply disagreed. They claimed that being ex-directory was merely a way to keep my number under wraps, and that ignoring my ex-directory status could lead to inaccurate data collection. I highlighted that ex-directory numbers are statistically diverse across various demographic groups, and if their analytical skills were up to scratch, they would handle that without issue. When I asked for clarity on the data they held about me, they dodged the question, citing client confidentiality. It became a tiresome cycle of incessant calls until I eventually had to block them. What a bunch of charlatans!

I received a call from "Facts International" purporting to represent my bank. They seemed rather unconcerned about the fact that my number is registered with the Telephone Preference Service, and openly acknowledged this.
