Then on 10/09/2020 they called again for another survey, but I was at work and said no. I blocked the number. Despite that, they phoned again on 11/09/2020, then 16/09/2020, 17/09/2020, 18/09/2020, 22/09/2020, 25/09/2020, and now today 19/11/2020 it’s started up again. I checked the call history and this honestly feels like harassment. They just go straight to voicemail since they’re blocked, but never leave a message or just hang up!!

Earlier today, I took part in a survey with a pretty friendly bloke about my thoughts on smart meters and how happy I am with my energy provider. I was a bit iffy at first since i've dealt with quite a few survey folks who come off quite rude, but this guy made it feel like a proper chat, nothing pushy. Big respect to him, and i reckon his company must be just as decent.

Got a call today at 10:46 from a woman who said her name was Ann Willis and claimed she was calling on behalf of OFCOM. She wanted to talk to whoever handles outgoing mail about a survey. I told her we never do surveys as we’re too busy. She sounded very professional, businesslike and super convincing. When I asked for a callback number, she said it was a call centre that only made outgoing calls but promised to call back next week to see if someone was free. Later, I checked "Who called me" and saw loads of similar reports! Going to block that number now.

Got loads of calls trying to sell me electricity contracts out of the blue. Really annoying how persistent these cold callers are!

Got a call from this number, but they hung up straight away and didn't say anything. I've had a few calls like this one from this number and others that look very similar over the last few months. I've gone ahead and blocked it now.

Watermelon Research says they represent loads of UK companies. Honestly, just block their number. They'll keep calling over and over until you finally answer and engage with them.

I received a call on 19/06/2020 on my mobile from someone saying they were a survey team working for Leeds Building Society. Does that mean they knew my phone was in Yorkshire, or did they get my number directly from Leeds BS? My wife told them I wasn’t free, as I’m not a fan of chatting with “survey” companies, even legit ones. But after checking them out, seeing all their different names and what they’ve been involved with, it’s obvious now it was a scam call.

I got a call earlier where the person claimed they were from my landlord's housing association but then switched, saying they were from some Melon Survey company or something. Bit weird if you ask me.

I received a call this morning at 8:10 from someone claiming to represent Leeds Building Society. I promptly requested to be taken off their list and also advised them to reconsider their calling hours-it's rather early for such calls, wouldn't you agree?

Just got one of those dodgy calls again, this time saying they’re from the electricity company. Total scam, don’t trust it!

My mobile showed a warning in red saying it could be a possible scam when I got a call from 01233648502, which is a landline. I didn’t pick up and blocked the number right away. What a bunch of crooks.

They say they're a marketing firm but seems more like some dodgy cold call. I'd recommend just blocking the number or hanging up straight away. Better safe than sorry!
