I told her our website’s more like a simple online business card, and she soon got quite annoyed, even raising her voice and acting like I didn’t know what I was talking about. After a bit of a tense back-and-forth, I ended the call. Absolutely awful company, and their staff were really rude and quick to lose their temper!
