I received a call from a chap who insisted on speaking to the owner. I mentioned that she was away on holiday. He then clamoured for a personal contact number, claiming it was urgent. I reiterated the owner's absence, only for him to raise his voice and unleash a stream of expletives. He sarcastically remarked, "Let me guess, you’ll just tell me she’s on holiday again, won’t you?" Quite out of order, I thought. So, I ended the call. To my surprise, he rang back. I confronted him about his rudeness and his swearing; he just pressed on for the number, and I informed him that I couldn't share it without consent. Eventually, he hung up.
