Got a call from some company today claiming I’d recently been involved in a car accident. I told them I haven’t had any accidents at all. Then they kept pushing, asking if I was absolutely certain or if perhaps someone else using my car had an accident. I stuck to my story and eventually they said they’d take my info off their list and ended the call pretty sharpish.

Got a call on my mobile around 5pm from a number in Barrow in Furness, but didn’t pick up since I don’t recognise it. No voicemail either. The only time I’ve been to Barrow in Furness was ages ago, like 1981, and I definitely didn’t have a phone back then. So yeah, I’ve just blocked the number.
