The folks over in Barrow on Furnace don’t usually speak like that - their English was awful and they were talking so fast I couldn’t keep up, totally dismissing my questions about who they were and what they wanted. I kept telling them "I never asked for this call and I want you to take me off your list," but they just ignored me and carried on chatting. Eventually, I had to shout my message again before hanging up. Seriously, why isn’t there a law to ban these cold calls? It feels like these scammers are just preying on everyday people. It was really upsetting for me.
