Got a call claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse offering a sim deal for £15 a month with unlimited calls, texts, and data. When I asked about the data fair use policy, the person got really rude, started calling me a “sharp man” and then made some bizarre threat about my mum. Bit weird and totally unprofessional. I’m planning to reach out to Carphone Warehouse just to check if it’s legit or a scam. Dialling the number again, it’s real and has some hold music, saying it’s from "New Day Links" marketing or something, but I couldn’t find any info or website for them anywhere.
