Got a call from First 4 Legal claiming I was part of some road accident. They’re getting cheekier and didn’t even hang up when I questioned them about who they were and what this nonsense was all about. I’ve reported them to the ICO https://ico.org.uk/ and I suggest you do the same.

They rang me askin if I'd been in an accident, I said yes and that it was fatal. The lady on the other end sounded really lost and kept askin if I wanted to make a claim. I told her I couldn't since I was dead, then she just ended the call.

Got a missed call from a mobile saying they were from First4Legal Ltd, but when I tried to call back, no one picked up and the only contact was some strange email address. According to Companies House, this firm was actually dissolved more than 5 years ago after being struck off by the Law Society!

Got a call from First 4 Legal claiming they heard I'd been in an accident. What a bunch of rubbish. I’m really tired of these firms constantly cold calling. Something needs to be done to stop this nonsense. I’m going through chemo right now for a nasty cancer and definitely don’t need these annoying spam calls on top of everything.

First4legal used to be a proper firm but now it’s just run by this guy Naheem Razwan after the original company shut down. When I questioned the caller about how he got my info, he admitted they actually bought it. Then I asked what legal creds he had to give me advice about a car accident that never even happened - he didn’t have an answer and just gave up. Gotta turn their tactics back on them.
