Seems like a scam to me. The message claimed to be from Sainsbury's but said I’d signed up for some subscription with Marks and Spencer, charging me £199.99 within the next day unless I cancelled. It said it was a 3-month subscription and ended with “Thank you M&S Support Team” and “Thanks for becoming one of M&S Support Team.” I never reached out to them at all and have already informed my bank about it.
