Some bloke said he was from EE, so I just hung up and blocked the number straight away.

I got a rather dodgy text at some ungodly hour, proclaiming, "Your One Time Passcode is 266817 to authorise a payment of £788.50 to TESCO... If this isn't you, please ring us immediately at 01227391471." Clearly trying to mimic Santander, but I don't even have an account with them! Quite the nuisance, I must say.

Just received this message: SANTANDER says my One Time Passcode is 626211 to approve a payment of £927.50 to TESCO. If this isn’t something I made, they want me to ring 01227391471 ASAP with REF:CR18. Honestly, it looks a bit dodgy to me.
