The firm claimed to be Driveway Centre London, but to my surprise, a quick search on Google revealed no such company in London. The only place I found under that name is situated in Dorset, and their website explicitly mentions they do not engage in cold calling. Like a few others have said, this was a live person on the phone, but honestly they sounded too robotic and stuck to their script no matter what. When I told them that by calling me they were breaking my do-not-call list and asking for my info was against GDPR rules, they quickly said sorry and cut the call.
