I've had this number ring me quite a few times now, yet there's never any reply when I answer.

Cheers for bringing the 0161 number to our attention! Those blokes are absolute rotters!

I received an unexpected call on my mobile and was left baffled by the number. Curious to unveil the mystery behind it, I simply keyed in 01226300098 into a search engine and stumbled upon this website. However, when I tried to return the call, there was no answer at all. Quite the enigma!

Apologies for chiming in again, but has anyone tried ringing this number back? Each time I do, they just ring once and then hang up immediately. Quite odd, isn’t it?

It's quite puzzling, isn't it? One wonders why some individuals never seem to pull their weight, especially those who evidently struggle with English. Instead, we’re bombarded with calls from folks like Dave Barry or Sarah-whoever they are this time around! How on earth are we meant to deal with an overdraft of £10? Yes, you heard me right, a mere tenner! And here we are, waiting anxiously for our wages to drop in just two days. Not to mention the fact that we’re getting harassed by the number 01619519926 as well! Good grief!

Is this HSBC, by any chance? These folk keep ringing us up three to five times every day!

It's quite likely that the individuals on the other end aren’t leaving a message simply because they need to ensure the call is actually answered first. You might find that your phone alerts you to a voicemail, but upon checking, there’s nothing there. It’s essential for these callers to confirm they’ve reached the correct person. A little tip for everyone: as soon as you hear them ask for "*your name*," don’t hesitate to inquire who’s calling. In most cases, they won’t disclose their identity unless you assertively verify who you are. So, keep probing for their details until they either reveal themselves or hang up on you!

We have a strong dislike for this company.

It's our view that if this call originated from the HSBC ring centre, the individuals involved ought to exhibit a bit of politeness by at least relaying a message. For a so-called 'professional' establishment to behave in such an appalling manner is simply inexcusable, especially in a world where private information can easily fall into the wrong hands. We feel that HSBC could benefit from hiring staff who not only communicate effectively in English but also have the courtesy to convey messages responsibly for the individuals they’re attempting to contact.

I’ve come across some debt collectors from HSBC, and it seems they’re operating out of both India and Birmingham. Quite a curious combination, if you ask me!

We've had several calls from this number and we've no clue who it belongs to. Every time we've tried to return the call, it just wouldn't go through. It's quite frustrating, to say the least!

In regards to HSBC, I must say we're no longer customers of theirs as we found their service quite appalling. From the outset of our banking relationship, they were exceptionally unhelpful, particularly in times of need. It was rather disheartening, to be honest. Once we encountered some difficulties, it felt like they had no interest in assisting us at all.

Honestly, why can't these companies just hire someone who can actually speak English? Instead, we're stuck with Dave, Barry, or Sarah-whatever name they fancied for the day! We're only in the red by ten pounds, for crying out loud, just ten! And our payday is just around the corner in two days! Yet here we are, receiving calls from 01619519926. Ridiculous!
