Received a call from this number, and the chap mentioned that my loft's lagging might lead to damp issues. He offered a complimentary loft survey and inquired whether I owned the property. When I replied in the negative, he abruptly ended the call.

On Thursday, 3rd July, I received a call from a gentleman who seemed keen to schedule a visit to check my loft insulation. He failed to introduce himself, which I found a touch odd. During our brief conversation, he inquired if I was the main resident of the house. Upon informing him that the property is currently in probate, the line went dead unexpectedly.
