This number just rang me up, the bloke said my loft insulation might bring in damp, then offered a free survey of the loft. When he asked if I owned the place and I said no, he just cut the call straight away.

On the 3rd of July, a man rang me up saying he wanted to come round and check the loft insulation. He never told me his name though. He asked if I was the person who lives here, but when I mentioned the house is in probate, he just hung up right way. Feels like a dodgy call to me. Mauro Farina
