Picked up the phone and the person asked if I was (my mum’s name). As soon as I told them I wasn’t, they just ended the call.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with "Auto-Assist". These calls are driving me mad. When I asked where exactly the company’s located and their full name, he wouldn’t give me any details. He kept trying to talk about an accident I supposedly had, which is total rubbish. After I pressed for info, he just hung up on me.

When I asked them where they were calling from, they claimed Glasgow, but the number definitely wasn’t from Glasgow! Then I asked them the date of the accident and suddenly they just ended the call.
