I had a rather intriguing encounter with a woman on the phone who came across as charming and courteous at first. However, before I knew it, the conversation took a turn as she turned out to be a scam artist. She insisted she was representing O2, keen to chat about my current contract. The catch? I'm not even a customer of theirs! To add to the oddness, her accent was quite thick and distinctly foreign.

Someone rang me claiming they were from O2, but I wasn't totally convinced so I just ended the call. Not sure if it was actually them or not.

Got another one trying to scam me today. They had a very English sounding name but spoke with such a thick Indian accent I could barely catch what they were saying. Straight to blocked from me.
