They rang once and then just cut off straight away.

Initially, I received a call, but as soon as I answered, there was nothing but silence on the line-quite odd! Curious, I tried returning the call, only to be met with a robotic voice saying, "Thank you for your call, we’ll assist you shortly," accompanied by some rather tedious hold music. Then, the line went dead abruptly. It definitely feels like a dodgy scam call, if you ask me!
