Some bloke with a robotic voice told me I was in trouble with HMRC for fraud and I needed to hit 1 or I’d be arrested straight away. I just hung up, didn’t press anything. Proper dodgy scam that one.

She said her name was Linda, sounded Asian and you could hear loads of noise like a call centre in the back. She asked for me by name and checked if the address was right. Thing is, all the stuff I get from China already has my name, address and phone on it. But this person rang my mobile. Then she said the line was bad and she couldn’t hear me, and hung up.
