Received a call from someone purporting to be from Sky, only to have them hang up abruptly. It’s quite clear I don’t even subscribe to their services; I suspect it’s nothing more than a scam targeting my elderly father who’s 90. Quite concerning, really!

I received a call from a chap who wanted to remind me about renewing my maintenance agreement for my Sky equipment. I kindly told him, “Best of luck!” as I don’t actually have Sky or any such maintenance plan. He promptly ended the call! Such a lack of courtesy, really! 😉

A woman rang me up, but I couldn't decipher what she was on about. In the end, I labelled her a scammer and quickly ended the call.

I'm situated in East Yorkshire and received a call from this number this morning. Despite being on the Telephone Preference Service, it seems to do little to deter these nuisance calls – I seem to get a fair share of them. I've got myself a BLOCKER, so I decided not to pick up and promptly added the number to the block list.

Had a rather noisy call earlier, seemed to be from an Asian call centre. The chap on the line claimed to be David from the Sky Maintenance team, discussing my Sky TV gear maintenance agreement. Straight away, I’ve added him to my blocked list!

When I answered the call, there was nobody on the other end.

I received a call from a bloke with an Asian accent who introduced himself as David, insisting he was with Sky maintenance. Quite odd, considering I don’t even subscribe to Sky!

I received a call from someone who sounded like a foreign chap working in a call centre. The moment I answered, he promptly cut the line. I can only guess it was yet another unsolicited sales attempt.
